How do you ensure the freshness of the fruit during transit?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and express shipping to ensure your exotic fruits arrive in peak condition. Most orders are packed with biodegradable insulation and cooling packs where necessary.
Where do you source your exotic fruits from?
We partner directly with sustainable farms across Southeast Asia, South America, and Africa. Every piece of fruit is ethically sourced and inspected for quality before being flown to our distribution center.
What happens if my fruit arrives damaged or overripe?
Since we deal with perishable goods, we offer a Freshness Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and Canada to comply with agricultural import regulations and to guarantee the shortest possible transit time for our produce.
How should I store my fruit once it arrives?
Each order includes a digital ripening guide. Generally, tropical fruits like mangoes and papayas should stay at room temperature until ripe, while delicate berries and pre-cut items should be refrigerated immediately.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. We recommend monitoring your shipment closely to ensure someone is available to bring the fruit indoors upon delivery.
